Lake Tahoe has become our weekly destination in the winter. My husband, a devoted skier, introduced me to the sport later in life. What started as a curious acquiescence has developed into a deep love of skiing and of the time spent on the mountains with my family. Tahoe's breathtaking beauty, combined with the joy of being active outdoors, has led me to immensely love and appreciate our weekly adventures - one I would have never imagined before having kids.
In these photographs, I strive to convey the beauty of the mountains. The majority of this collection are aerial shots captured from an open-door helicopter.
