Shopify Collective Partners' Return Policies

WEXEL: We offer FREE RETURNS, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please email liza@lizapruitt.com or create a self-initiated return. You'll get a label to return your order via USPS or UPS. Your original method of payment will be refunded after we inspect your return.

POMELO CASA: We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase. POMELO CASA accepts returns of unused product in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of you receiving your order. We will refund the original form of payment you provided. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to process. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. 

PRINCETON AUTOBAHN PRINTS: We are confident that you will absolutely love your purchase of Audubon prints, but in the event that you need to return your purchase, we will gladly honor a refund. Our refund policy requires that you return your prints within 14 days of delivery, we will return 100% of your purchase price minus the shipping.

RUBY CLAY COMPANY: All sales are final due to nature of custom products.

SANDGRAIN STUDIO: Returns/Exchanges and Damaged items: We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged when it arrives, you must let us know within 15 days of arrival to qualify for a replacement. You must provide a picture of the damage and the damaged shipping tube as well. In countries where return option is required, customer is responsible for shipping costs. (If you are in the UK or EU, you are responsible for return shipping costs to our US warehouse facility).

MAISON VENU: We hope you love your purchase. However, if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the point of sale.

HALF PAST SEVEN: Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority. We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs. Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

TORTUGA FORMA: We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt (or within 30 days of receipt for items purchased between November 15-December 31). If you've missed this 10-day window, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receipt, year-round. Please note that unless an item has arrived damaged, shipping costs are non-refundable.

SWEET GRASS HOME: Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. You may return the unused item to us for store credit only. We will only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered in any way. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged. Sale merchandise or with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned. A flat fee of $12 for table linens and $25 for lampshades will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of returning the product. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sweetgrass Home reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receipt of return package. During the Holiday season, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for returns to be processed.

FURBISH STUDIO: Returns postmarked back to us within 14 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All international sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable. All wholesale sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable. Special orders that have been customized or personalized in any way are non-refundable, and cannot be returned. If you have questions about your item(s) regarding this policy, please contact customer service prior to ordering. ARTIST POP-UP SALES, ONE-OF-A-KIND ART, VINTAGE RUGS AND WALLPAPER are not eligible for promotions or discounts and are FINAL SALE. Returned items must arrive in original condition to be eligible for refund. Items that are returned and arrive broken or damaged cannot be refunded. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely to our returns department. All SALE items or items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE. All merchandise marked FINAL SALE is NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE. We cannot accept returns on these items. If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale is returned, it will not be shipped back to the customer, and you will not receive a refund or store credit. No exceptions will be made.
